Terms and conditions

1. Booking and payment

Every booking starts as a request sent through this website or by WhatsApp. A request does not commit you and nothing is charged. We check availability and reply usually within 24 hours by email and WhatsApp.

If the date is available we confirm it together with the price and our bank-transfer details. The booking is secured once the full amount is received, within 48 hours of our confirmation. We do not take deposits or card payments. If the transfer does not arrive in time, the date is released.

Prices are shown in US dollars and in rupiah; you may pay in either currency at the amount shown for it. Euro amounts, where mentioned, are estimates. What is and is not included is listed on each tour, driver-day and room page and repeated on your confirmation.

2. Cancellation and refunds

Tell us as early as you can — we would rather move a date than lose it, and a date change made before the day is free where the new date is available.

• 14 days or more before the tour or stay: 50% of the amount paid is refunded.
• 7 to 13 days before: 25% is refunded.
• Less than 7 days before, or no-show: no refund.

Refunds are returned by bank transfer to the account the payment came from; international bank fees may be deducted by the banks involved. If we have to cancel (vehicle failure, driver illness, unsafe conditions) and cannot offer a replacement you accept, you receive a full refund.

3. Changes to the itinerary

Our routes are set, but the day is yours: you may skip or swap a stop on the day in agreement with your driver, as long as the change fits the hours booked. Extra hours are charged at the rate on your confirmation and settled at the end of the day.

We may change the order of stops or replace a stop for safety, weather, road closures or temple ceremonies. Where a paid activity (rafting, ATV, boats) is cancelled by its operator, we substitute another activity or refund that component.

4. Pickup and timing

Tours start early in the morning; the exact pickup time is confirmed the day before, and another start time can be agreed. Pickup and drop-off at your hotel or villa are included within our regular pickup areas; far-away areas carry a surcharge stated before you confirm. Please be ready at the agreed time — after 30 minutes of waiting without contact we may treat the booking as a no-show.

5. Travel documents, health and insurance

You are responsible for valid travel documents, visas and any health requirements. Some activities (rafting, ATV, trekking, snorkelling) have age, weight or health restrictions set by their operators; tell us about children, pregnancy or medical conditions when you request. We recommend travel insurance that covers activities and cancellation.

6. Responsibility and liability

PT. Sintha Abadi Sejahtera provides transport with a driver and arranges entrance to attractions and third-party activities. We take reasonable care in choosing operators but are not liable for their acts, for delays caused by traffic, weather or events beyond our control, or for loss of personal belongings. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service concerned.

7. Force majeure

We are not liable for failure to perform caused by events outside our reasonable control — natural disasters, volcanic activity, epidemics, strikes, government action or road closures. In such cases we offer an alternative date or a refund of amounts paid for services not delivered.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes are settled amicably first; failing that, in the courts of Denpasar, Bali.

9. Who we are
