Getting here
Dalung, north of Canggu
The office is at our guest house on Jalan Cempaka — a two-lane village road with a small temple gate at the entrance and parking inside. Search the address in Google Maps, or send your location on WhatsApp and we'll guide you in. Coming from Canggu, head north; from the airport, allow for traffic through Kuta.
When do you answer?
During the day in Bali (UTC+8). Overnight messages get an answer in the morning; booking requests usually within 24 hours.
Which languages?
English and Indonesian. Write in French if you prefer — we'll answer as best we can and tell you honestly if a driver day in French is possible for your dates.
Where do you pick up?
Hotels and villas across the south and centre of Bali. Far-away areas carry a surcharge we tell you before you confirm.
