Privacy policy

1. Who we are

PT. Sintha Abadi Sejahtera (“SAS Bali Tour”, “we”), Jalan Cempaka No. 9, Banjar Cepaka, Dalung, Kuta Utara, Badung, Bali, Indonesia, is responsible for the personal data described here. Privacy questions: info@sasbalitour.com.

2. What we collect

• Booking and contact forms: name, email, WhatsApp number, country, dates, group size, pickup place, special requests, preferred language.
• WhatsApp: the messages you send us and your number, processed by Meta under its own terms.
• Technical: a hashed IP address and browser type when you submit a form (to prevent abuse), and the analytics data described below.

We do not collect payment card details; payments are bank transfers made by you.

3. Why we use it

• To answer your request, confirm a booking and provide the service (performance of a contract or steps before it).
• To send booking-related emails and messages, and to ask for a review after your trip (our legitimate interest; you can decline).
• To keep the website secure and understand how it is used (legitimate interest; analytics only with your consent where required).

We do not send marketing newsletters and we never sell your data.

4. Who we share it with

Your driver (first name, pickup place, group size, requests relevant to the day), activity operators where a booking requires it, our email provider, our web host, and WhatsApp (Meta) when you contact us there. Google Maps and Instagram links open their services, which apply their own policies.

5. How long we keep it

Booking requests are kept for 24 months after the trip for accounting and follow-up, then anonymised. Contact-form messages are kept for 12 months. WhatsApp conversations are kept on our phone until deleted.

6. Your rights

You can ask what data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, object to its use, or ask for a copy — email info@sasbalitour.com. We answer within 30 days. If you are in the EU/EEA you also have the right to complain to your data-protection authority.

7. Cookies

The site sets a language cookie (sas_lang) and, only with your consent, analytics cookies. No advertising cookies. You can clear cookies in your browser at any time.

8. International transfers

Our servers and files are in Indonesia. Messages sent via WhatsApp or email pass through those providers’ infrastructure outside Indonesia and the EU, under their safeguards.

9. Children

We collect children’s ages only to prepare a booking (child seats, activity age limits) and only from the adult making the request.

10. Changes

We update this policy when our tools or processes change. The effective date at the top tells you which version applies.
