Are these reviews real?
Yes. We only publish reviews guests have given us permission to show — first name, country and the month of the trip, in the words they wrote. Google reviews are quoted with a link to the original. If you travelled with us and yours isn't here, it's because we haven't asked you yet.

How we collect reviews
After a trip we ask on WhatsApp whether you'd like to leave a few words — and whether we may publish them.
We show first name, country, month and the service booked. Never a surname, never a photo without asking.
Reviews left on Google are quoted with a link to the original. We don't edit wording.
Reviews appear in the language they were written in, with a note if it isn't English.
Putu was at the hotel right on time. We had Banyumala with very few people around, then the twin lakes and a slow lunch looking over Jatiluwih. He read the weather and swapped two stops so the walk stayed dry. Exactly the day the page describes.

Travelled solo, still got the whole car
The solo price was explained clearly before I booked — no surprises. Ketut stopped whenever I asked for photos and knew which warung to pick for lunch. The ATV and rafting were booked through him so I only paid once.

Flexible when it rained
Afternoon rain in the highlands, so our driver reordered the route and we did the temple first. Sarongs were in the car. Nothing felt rushed and we were back at the villa at the time he said.

Child seat ready, stops whenever the kids needed
Two kids under six. The child seat was fitted before pickup, the car was cool and clean, and Wayan never rushed us. We changed the plan twice on the road and he just made it work.

The quote we got is the total we paid
Name board at arrivals, straight to Seminyak. We then booked two driver days and the price was quoted in full — fuel, parking, the remote-area surcharge for Amed — before we transferred anything.

Three days, one driver, no planning stress
Same driver for the east, the north and a Nusa Penida harbour run. He suggested times that avoided the queues at Lempuyang and told us honestly which places weren't worth it. Felt like travelling with a friend who drives.

Real Bali, not a resort lane
Rooftop pool at sunset, a temple ceremony in the courtyard one morning, scooters on the road outside. The bungalow is simple and spotless, the bed is huge, and the driver is literally next door. We loved it.

The car is at the gate at seven
We booked three nights and two tours together. No pickup logistics — the car was parked outside the bungalow every morning. The kitchenette was enough for breakfast and the pool was ours most afternoons.

Quiet at night, everything we needed
Honest description: an ordinary village street, a family temple, warungs nearby. Inside it was calm. Rain shower, mosquito net, a terrace for coffee. Would stay again and book the tours from here.
