By booking a tour with us, you agree to abide by the following terms:
Booking and Payment:
a. To secure your reservation, a non-refundable deposit of 20% is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid by the specified due date, which is typically before the start of the tour date. Full payment can also be made after the deposit payment, but it must be completed before the tour begins.
b. Payment methods accepted include credit cards, bank transfers, and other methods as specified on our website.
Please note that failure to complete the full payment by the specified due date may result in the cancellation of your reservation, and the deposit will not be refunded.
Cancellation and Refund Policy:
a. Cancellations must be made in writing and are subject to the following cancellation fees:
- 14 days or more before departure: 50% of the total tour cost (if full payment is made before the tour start date)
- 7 days before departure: 25% of the total tour cost
- Less than 7 days before departure: No refund
b. No refunds will be provided for no-shows or unused services once the tour has commenced.
Changes to Itinerary:
a. SAS BALI TOUR reserves the right to modify the tour itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to provide equivalent services.
b. Any additional expenses incurred due to changes in the itinerary will be the responsibility of the traveler.
Travel Documents:
a. It is the traveler's responsibility to ensure they have the necessary travel documents, including a valid passport, visas, and any other required permits.
b. SAS BALI TOUR is not responsible for any costs or consequences incurred due to incomplete or incorrect travel documents.
Travel Insurance:
a. We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover unforeseen events, including trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and loss of personal belongings.
b. SAS BALI TOUR is not liable for any expenses or losses incurred due to the lack of travel insurance.
Health and Safety:
a. Travelers are responsible for ensuring they are in good health and able to participate in the tour activities.
b. SAS BALI TOUR reserves the right to deny participation to travelers with medical conditions that may pose a risk to their well-being or the well-being of others.
Responsibility and Liability:
a. SAS BALI TOUR acts as an agent for tour participants in arranging accommodations, transportation, and other services. We are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage to person or property.
b. Travelers are responsible for their own actions and compliance with local laws and regulations.
Force Majeure:
SAS BALI TOUR is not liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of terrorism, and government actions.
Dispute Resolution:
Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions will be resolved through negotiation, mediation, or arbitration in accordance with the laws of Indonesia.
Amendments to Terms:
SAS BALI TOUR reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
